is it possible for a breastfeeding mum undergo MRI with contrast?
the contrast is safe if it happen that u are breastfeeding your baby. Only 1 % of the contrast will be absorbed in breastmilk and of the milk absorbed only 1% will be absorbed by the baby's gut. Besides that the contrast will be excreted out from the baby's body within 24 hours.
